"Heart of the Matter" Fact Sheet Series

The Heart of the Matter (HOTM) fact sheet series was created to answer the growing need to provide complex information in a simple but accurate manner.  In keeping with the NMF’s commitment to providing educational materials for everyone from students to physicians, the HOTM series provides information in easy to understand language.

The HOTM series is also perfect to use at community health fairs and information tables.
