Annual Report and Financials

The NMF is registered as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Maryland, and is exempt from United States federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The National Marfan Foundation is supported by contributions from its members and friends, both individual and corporate, and foundation grants. The organization actively seeks tax deductible contributions for all its programs, including restricted gifts for research.
Gifts in the form of real property, endowments and deferred gifts in the form of wills and bequests, trusts and insurance benefits are also welcome.
